Order Processing:

  • We ship our 100% polyester colored sublimation shirts from Baton Rouge, Louisiana
  • Our processing time: Our processing time is 1-2 business days. We are open Monday-Friday.  We are closed on Holidays and weekends.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at seauxjessig@gmail.com.

Local Pickup

  • PLEASE BE ADVISED: We currently DO NOT offer in store shopping. We are ONLY an online store. We do offer pickup by REQUEST only, so you can skip the shipping fees. Please text us at 225-304-4428 to arrange 
  • Please allow 24 hrs for your order to be ready. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are not ready for pickup if you have not received an email.  Please bring the confirmation email with you. 
  • Text 225-304-4428 when you are on the way, so we can have your order ready and on the pickup table. PLEASE CALL US (225-304-4428) if we have not answered your text message. 
  • All orders can ONLY be picked up at the front door of the blue building with the glass doors. You will see a Uhaul sign.  You can park in the front of the building or next door at the white building (or Frostop restaurant). PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer curbside pickup; all orders must be picked up at the front door. 
  • LOCATION: you will receive location in an email. Please text us if you do not receive the pickup email. 

Gift Card

Within minutes, you will receive an email with your Seaux Jessi eGift card. Be sure to keep the email or write down your gift card number. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at seauxjessig@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We DO NOT accept returns or exchange. Please be sure to read the size chart thoroughly. Our TANKS run big, so we recommend sizing down for these. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at seauxjessig@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
