Wholesale Preorder Policy
Thank you for choosing to pre-order from our small business! To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our pre-order policy below:
Order Schedule Notification:
CURRENT Ordering Window: opens 1st of the Month until the 15th of the month at 11:59 PM.
Please note: All ordering windows are opened for two weeks. Orders placed outside the ordering window will be scheduled for the next available cycle.
Important: The ordering period (see above) is not included in the turnaround time. Items will be shipped 3-6 weeks AFTER this ordering period depending on the item purchased. See below for estimated shipping times for each purchase item.
🚨🚨Please review and confirm that you agree with and understand the following terms prior to placing your order.
-Short sleeve shirt estimated to ship 3-4 weeks after ordering window closes
-Long sleeve, infant bodysuit, tank top, toddler dresses, Raglan estimated to ship 4 weeks
-Sweathshirts, Hoodies
-Faux Bleached shirt estimated to ship 5-6 weeks
Additional Information:
1. Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
- Payments can be made via credit card, shop pay, paypal
2. Shipping:
- Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
- Pre-orders will be shipped on a priority basis.
- PLEASE expect a 3-4 week turnaround.
- We will email you an estimated delivery date. Please make sure we have the correct email address.
3. Cancellations:
- Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the production process will have begun.
4. Returns and Exchanges:

We DO NOT accept returns or exchange. Please be sure to read the size chart thoroughly. Our TANKS run big, so we recommend sizing down for these.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at seauxjessig@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
6. Changes to Orders:
- If you need to change your shipping address or contact information, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Communication:
- We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order via email. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date.
- If there are any significant delays or changes to your order, we will notify you promptly.
8. Disclaimers:
- Pre-order dates are estimates and are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
